Who we are...
Originally from Queens, New York, Bookkeepers365 was formed from the love of a husband & wife team, whose passion for numbers and a desire to help business owners grow & prosper. Most recently, Sandro & Melanie have relocated to the beautiful sunshine state. Sandro & Melanie are both certified bookkeepers and QuickBooks ProAdvisors, with combined experience of over 35 years working with various industries across the United States!
Besides QuickBooks online, Sandro & Melanie are knowledgeable in other accounting softwares, such as, but not limited to, Xero, Wave accounting, AS400, IntragSys DSD and of course excel spreadsheets. As well as Bill(.)com, etreasury, Heartland Payroll, ADP, Paychex, Gusto and eCommerce platforms, such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart & LinkMyBooks.

Sandro & Melanie are both first-generation Italian Americans and were both raised by hardworking blue-collar families. Growing up they experienced firsthand the hard work and dedication that goes into running a successful family-owned business. Sandro’s father was a Union carpenter for 35 years. Sandro learned how to build a bookcase first before he learned how to balance the books! Melanie was originally a special education teacher who continues to educate business owners on how to navigate their bookkeeping system to achieve financial success!
Sandro & Melanie quickly realized that their skill sets complimented each other and together are a winning team! They aren’t just business partners, they have been married for over 15 years and share 3 beautiful children together, who they hope to instill the same work values in as they themselves have.

- Connect with Bookkeepers365 (Call, email, fill out the contact form on the site or book a spot on our calendar for a quick chat) and Sandro or Melanie will be in touch to discuss your bookkeeping needs.
- Shortly after our call, Sandro or Melanie will email you a custom quote based on the services discussed. Bookkeepers365 believes in transparency! All pricing, timeline, etc related to your project will all be disclosed during this step.
- Review and then sign the digital engagement letter. Bookkeepers365 are ready to start working together with you & at that point will give you the next set of directions to specifically get started on your project.
